BioWell, I'm mostly making this journal because I would like to have a written out blog about my weight loss that I can look back to. I think it will help when I'm feeling discouraged or provide a place to vent when I'm feeling angry. It will not only be about my weight loss, but I'm going to try to center most of my posts about that. It will also give me a place to look back on when I reach my goals.
